Replacement (7 days)
- If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not working, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it with a new one — free of charge.
- To claim, contact us with your order number and a short video/photo of the issue.
Conditions
- The product must be unused (apart from testing) and in its original packaging.
- Damage caused by misuse, water damage to the motor unit, or physical breakage after delivery is not covered.
Refunds
- If a replacement is not possible, we will offer a full refund of the product price.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are sent via bank transfer / JazzCash / Easypaisa within 5-7 working days after the returned item is received.
